Students as learners

A fundamental characteristic of successful students is their capacity to work effectively in being their own teachers. They learn in partnership with teachers, learning about their own learning processes, self-regulation and self-evaluation. They are actively involved with teachers who are committed to learning about their own teaching impacts, and learn together in a reciprocal relationship.

We will help you to develop pedagogical approaches which are right for you whilst also ensuring students are learning through collaborative experiences, reciprocal learning relationships and principles which are consistent with the learning which exists throughout the school community.
